SERVICES PROVIDED
FITNESS CLASSES

High-intensity fitness program that incorporates elements of weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics, and functional movements.
​​
It takes 1 hour and starts with a warm up, strength piece, workout of the day (WOD) and, if you have time, a cooldown.
​
Overall, our classes are a challenging and dynamic workout experience that aims to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness while having fun in a supportive group setting.
OPEN GYM
​
Our Open Gym time will provide the space for you to work in any skill/movement that you want without a coach.
​

FOUNDATION CLASSES
​
If you are new to functional fitness, this class is created for you.
​
You will have 3 classes with one of our coaches that will teach you all the lingo and movements that we use in class. Ex: EMOM, Snatch, Hang Clean, HSPU, and much more.
​
Don't be afraid of not having any experience in Fitness. We all started with the Foundations Class and will teach you everything that you need to know.
​
After doing the Foundations Class you will be able to join the regular classes with the rest of the members.
PERSONAL TRAINING
​
Maybe group classes is not something that you are looking for but still need guidance in the gym. Don't worry! We also have Personal Training sessions where one of our coaches will understand what your goals are and work individually with you at your own time.
